Mon. Feb. 21 ...First full day on the ship and it is a full day at sea. Barely got up early enough to get a couple of deck chairs by the pool. We are headed into some very nice warm weather. It is just over 80 degrees today. Had to break out the sunscreen, not a cloud in the sky.

Really enjoying the food. We are trying cuisine from around the world again at the Garden Cafe buffet. It is great that you can bring your food anywhere on the ship to eat, we like lunch by the pool & dinner on the back outside deck.

Housekeeping crew is great. Sure do love that service! This is our room. That's a towel walrus on the bed. It really is deluxe even though we took an inside room with no windows. It is hard to tell what time of day or night it is inside the room. It has a desk, a table, large closet and shelf spaces. Our suitcases are empty and underneath the bed. There is a nice flat screen TV, it has a few ship channels. One tells our ships position, the weather, and how far we have traveled. Another has a live view showing the front of the ship. Another gives tips for port calls. One is CNN, one is Fox (ughh). I tried the internet cafe, but it is a very slow satellite connection and costs .75/minute!!! Yow!

Diane has a new favorite drink...Jelly Bean. It is in a tall shot glass, has anisette with some blackberry brandy on top. Mmmm. Not bad smoothies either!

The motion of the ocean is barely noticable, but we take a once-a-day pill anyway.
